Get Ready for the Cold Lake Aeros Spring Hockey Skills Session!
The Cold Lake Aeros are excited to announce the upcoming Spring Hockey Skills session, featuring our talented guest coach, Brinson Pasichnuk! After a successful first year, Brinson returns as our Head Coach, ready to share his expertise and passion for the game with aspiring young hockey players.
Meet Brinson Pasichnuk:
Brinson Pasichnuk is not just any coach; he is a former NHL player who played with the San Jose Sharks. Born in Bonnyville, Alberta, Brinson's journey began with the Bonnyville Pontiacs in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL), where he showcased his skills and determination on the ice. His talent earned him a spot with the Arizona State Sun Devils, where he played for four impactful seasons.
In March 2021, Brinson signed an entry-level contract as a free agent with the Sharks. Just a month later, he debuted his NHL in a memorable 4–2 victory over the Arizona Coyotes. After two seasons with the Sharks, Brinson decided to return from professional hockey to Alberta, where he played Senior men's hockey with the Bonnyville Pontiacs in the NCHL during the 2022-23 season.
Skills Session Details
This year’s Spring Hockey Skills session will run for 8 weeks, starting April 4th. Each session will take place once a week for one hour, allowing players to hone their skills in a focused environment. With a maximum of 25 players
(ages 10-15) participants will receive personalized attention and guidance from Brinson, ensuring a valuable learning experience.
Program Highlights:
- **Duration:** 8 weeks
- **Start Date:** April 4th
- **Ice Times:** One hour per week - Friday Nights at 7:30PM til 8:30PM
- **Max Participants:** 25 players
- **Cost:** $239.00 (GST Extra)
- **Includes:** Jerseys and socks!
